• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We never see or store your Google password.
• Order information. The items you order, your order history, pickup details, and your loyalty points and punch-card progress.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never seen or stored on our servers. We keep a record of the payment (amount, date, and status) to manage your order.
• Communications. We use your email address to send order confirmations and pickup updates. If you opt in, we'll also send occasional news about new bakes and specials — you can unsubscribe anytime from your account.
• Technical data. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in, plus standard server logs used to operate and protect the site.

• To take, prepare, and track your pickup orders.
• To run the loyalty points and punch-card rewards program.
• To send order confirmations and let you know when an order is ready.
• To send marketing emails about new bakes and specials — only if you opt in, and you can opt out anytime.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the site secure.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run the bakery, and only as needed:

• Google — to let you sign in.
• Stripe — to process payments securely.
• Resend — to deliver order emails.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers — to operate the site.

Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember the items in your bag — these are required for the site to work — plus a small cookie that remembers your cookie choice. With your consent, we may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it; choose "Essentials only" in the cookie banner to decline. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time using the contact details below.

• You can opt in or out of marketing emails anytime from your account page.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us.
• You can revoke our access to your Google account from your Google account settings.

The site is intended for adults placing orders. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
